About Bookings

No, you don’t need a Medicare card to book with us.

Yes, you can book a consultation even if you don’t have a Medicare card.

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled consult.

You can cancel your consultation via the link in your appointment confirmation email or by contacting our support team.
Yes, you can reschedule by cancelling your existing appointment and booking a new one.

Consultations & Ongoing Care

Ongoing costs vary based on your treatment plan and selected products. Your doctor will provide full pricing transparency during your consultation.

Initial consultations and standard follow-ups are $79 each, while long follow-up consultations are $75. Medication costs are additional and paid directly to the pharmacy.

Yes, our friendly support team is available to answer your questions before booking.
Follow-ups are required as part of your care journey. Prices for follow-ups will be clearly outlined by your care team.
Your care includes access to our secure patient portal, ongoing check-ins, prescription management, and our dedicated support team.
Payment is made at the time of booking.

Your initial consultation is with a nurse, who assesses your suitability for treatment. If you’re eligible, a doctor will then conduct a telehealth consultation to finalise your treatment plan.

We offer an initial nurse consult to ensure you’re eligible for treatment before proceeding to a paid doctor consultation — saving you time and money.

If medication is required, you’ll pay your pharmacy directly for the cost of the medicine. Additional delivery fees may apply, as determined by the pharmacy.

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to book a consultation.

All consultations are conducted via secure telehealth — by phone or video call.

About the Patient Portal

You’ll be given access to your secure patient portal once your booking is confirmed.

It’s a secure online platform where you can access your treatment plan, communicate with your care team, and manage appointments.

Insurance & Benefits

It depends on your insurer. Some private health funds may offer partial rebates — we recommend checking directly with your provider.

It’s your personalised access card for patient benefits, created after your first consult.

Yes. Eligible concession card holders receive 15% off consultations and may access additional care benefits.

Alternative healthcare consultations are currently not covered by Medicare.

Concession Support

No, concession discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Concession holders receive 15% off standard consultation fees.

Please update your card details in your portal to ensure your payments and any applicable discounts continue without interruption.

When booking your first consultation, simply upload a valid concession card to receive your discount.
